Can I send a DreamKeepers Box subscription as a gift?
Of course! Kids love receiving gifts in the mail. To send a DreamKeepers Box as a gift, go to subscribe and select either the one (1) month or six (6) months option. During check-out you will be able address the gift directly to the child.
When will my DreamKeepers Box ship?
New subscription orders close on the 15th the month. Your DreamKeepers Box will ship around the 20th day of that month.
Orders received by the 15th will ship during the given month. Orders received after the 15th will ship the following month. For instance, if you place your order on July 21st, your first box will ship around August 20th . You will receive a tracking email once DreamKeepers Box is on its way!
How can I renew?
All subscriptions automatically renew so you don’t have to worry about managing your subscription or missing out on an upcoming theme!
How does a subscription work?
Simply sign up for a monthly subscription and a DreamKeepers Box addressed to your child will arrive on your doorstep each month. You can cancel 100% hassle-free at any time by sending us a quick email to email@example.com with your account email address and name. Please be sure to cancel by the 15th to avoid getting billed and shipped that month’s DreamKeepers Box.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which months you’d like to skip. We will pause the subscription for those months and automatically reactivate your subscription accordingly. Be sure to contact us by the 15th day of the month to avoid being billed.
How can I cancel my subscription.
We hate to see you go but it’s easy to cancel your subscription. Send a quick email to email@example.com with your account email address and name. Please be sure to cancel by the 15th to avoid being billed and shipped that month’s DreamKeepers Box. Six-month pre-paid subscriptions are only eligible for cancellation after the initial pre-paid term has been completed.
